The FM Company UK: website, brochure, video and logo assets

The FM Company UK needed a brand presence that could handle a broad service offer. Facilities management covers a lot of ground, so the design has to create order. Visitors need to understand the company quickly, then move into the right service area.

The project included the 2022 website, brochure design, video assets and logo work. The wider folder also shows related brand work around The Clean Group, The Envy Plumbing Company, Groundworks & Maintenance and The Security & Gates Company, so this was a wider visual system rather than a single one-off logo. It is featured in the The FM Company UK work page.

A website for a multi-service business

The website has to cover services such as cleaning, maintenance, security, electrical, plumbing, grounds, roofing, fire systems and more. Without a clear structure, that kind of service list can become overwhelming. The design job is to make the offer feel joined up, not like a pile of disconnected departments.

Good website design for multi-service businesses is about grouping information sensibly and giving users obvious routes.

Brochure design still matters

For B2B businesses, brochures are still useful. They can support sales conversations, tenders, email follow-ups and meetings. The design needs to feel professional and consistent with the website.

Brochure work should not look like a separate brand. It should use the same logo, colours, imagery and tone, while still having enough structure for sales conversations, tenders and email follow-ups. That way every contact point reinforces the same business.

Video and visual assets

Video imagery can help make a facilities business feel more substantial. It adds pace and atmosphere to the website, especially when the brand needs to communicate scale.

The key is not to let video become empty decoration. It should support the message and sit comfortably with the rest of the design.

Logo assets and brand flexibility

The logo pack gives the business more control over everyday use. Large versions, smaller versions, transparent files and print-ready formats all matter when a brand appears across documents, website headers, PDFs, sub-brand material and sales material.

This project is a useful example of graphic design and web design working together. The result is not just a website; it is a set of assets the business can keep using.
