Harker Dental is a well-established family business. Christopher Harker acquired the Silsden practice in 1985. Harker Dental required a new website, as their previous one wasn’t responsive.
New Logo
Harker Dental – final logo design
Like most new website projects, we started by designing a new logo. Where there is no existing logo, or the existing one needs updating, this helps establish a brand and company colours for use throughout the website and other graphic design.
For a dentist, white is a great choice for a logo, as it suggests white teeth and cleanliness. We opted for turquoise to make the white stand out because it is a calm, friendly and positive colour that evokes clean water.
Photography
Rather than using stock images, we took photographs of the staff, the buildings and some simple dental procedures.
Website Design
Below are images of the finished website design. As with all our modern websites, it responds to whatever device you are viewing it on, whether it’s a desktop, a MacBook or a mobile phone. It also has its own CMS (Content Management System), as well as other useful features such as a location map and contact details, friendly URLs, treatment details, and information about the practice and the staff they employ.
